Can you process circular pipes in exact length (no extra length)?

We can, if we test the materials to specify how much stretching can occur before the bending process. Another option is to have the pipes cut to the exact length by our partnering company.
Is circular-pipe bending process completed with extra length?

Basically, a finished pipe has extra length at both ends.
What are inside diameter, core diameter, and outside diameter?

Outside diameter is a measurement including the thickness of the wall, whereas inside diameter does not include the thickness of the wall. Core diameter refers to a measurement from the centerline of the wall.
What are your pick-up/drop-off hours?

Our warehouse operation hours are: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm JST.

What is the range you perform high frequency induction bending?

Steel and stainless-steel round pipes can be processed. The processable diameter ranging from 76.3mm to 318.5mm for steel, or to 216.3 mm for stainless-steel.
How long does it typically take to receive a quote after sending an inquiry?

We do our best to answer to your inquiry by the next business day; however, our response may take additional time depending on the content of your inquiry.
